We accept exchanges only, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.
We have a 30-day exchange and refund policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange. After this period, we will not be able to assist with any exchanges. Â
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or refund, please contact us at mykindnessshopinfo@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided when you submit your request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases where there is a mistake or damage on the part of My Kindness Shop. Â
Once the exchange or refund accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
We cannot offer an exchange or refund for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check that your shipping details are accurate.

Damages and issues
