1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
All orders are fulfilled on average of 2–5 business days, depending on the product type.
Once the product is manufactured, shipping generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

United states : 2 to 5 business days
Canada : 10 to 30 business days. * Please note that we cannot anticipate or be held responsible for any customs fees due to the current unstable economic policies.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary based on product type, size/weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
All shipping fees are clearly displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.
3. Shipping Methods
The carrier used depends on the destination.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so the customer can monitor delivery progress.
4. Shipping Delays & Issues
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly. We will work with ou provider to investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
6. Returns (Shipping-related)
We only accept exchanges.
We have a 30-day policy for exchanges.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged items or errors in the order from My Kindness Shop.
